For your initial evaluation, you will have an appointment with both a psychologist and a physician. You will receive a packet of information in the mail to fill out prior to your appointment. This information is intended to both facilitate the assessment process and prepare you for the potential task of treatment. The packet includes information about our program, insurance information, and clinic policies. It also includes several questionnaires to obtain information about any previous treatment experiences, as well as, to assess possible difficulties you may be having.

The Duke Eating Disorders mental health services are provided at 718 Rutherford St. Durham, NC 27705.
The Duke Eating Disorders Research Program is located within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in the Duke Clinics Building of Duke University Medical Center Suite 3400, 3rd Floor, Purple Zone, adjacent to Clinic 3J.
